The Pharos Team
Garo Keheyan is the Founder and President of the Pharos Trust. In 1978 he completed an MA in English Language and Literature from Lincoln College, Oxford University and an MA in International Relations from the University of Southern California. He has studied Art History in Venice and in 1980 he received an MBA from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles.
Since returning to Cyprus in the early 1980s, Garo Keheyan has participated in a number of business ventures and served on the Board of Lombard NatWest and then Alpha Bank for over 10 years. He is the Honorary Consul for Brazil and Chairman of the Oxford University Society in Cyprus.
In 1995, and within the context of European Cultural Month, Nicosia, Cyprus (September 15 – October 15), Garo Keheyan curated an exhibition of contemporary Armenian art, which was accompanied by the publication 'Stream of Fire: New Art from Armenia.' These were the first steps which led to the establishment of a non-profit foundation aimed at promoting the arts and humanities in Cyprus.

Work Experience - Library assistant at US universities, graphic artist for many years both in Cyprus and in London, assistant curator for numerous art exhibitions in London and Germany. Has also participated as a printmaker at various international art exhibitions.Yvonne Georgiadou

Education - B.Mus in History of Music (Royal Holloway, University of London), Diploma in Counterpoint and Fugue (Hellenic Concervatory - Athens), Advanced PG Dip in Performance (Trinity College of Music), PG Prof Dip in Opera and Theatre Studies (University of London), MA in History of Music (UK).
Work Experience- Is a professional classical singer, currently resident with the Operatic Stage of Cyprus. She has also worked as a music therapist with children with special needs and offered specialised classes based on Alexander Technique and the music-therapy practices of Kodaly, Orff, Suzuki and Dalcroze.Charalambos Kasionis

Work Experience - Many years of experience as an Accountant with various trade and investment companies in Cyprus.
