Programme includes works by Beethoven, Martinu and Rachmaninov.

Alfredo Perl has established himself as on of the leading pianists of his generation. Chilean by birth, he gave his first performance at the age of nine and has since, given numerous concerts throughout the world and won a number of awards in major competitions. A remarkably versatile performer, Perl has played with orchestras including the London Symphony, Royal Philharmonic and the Grazer Symphony among many others. This is the second time the Pharos Trust is inviting him to Cyprus.

Guido Schiefen was born in 1968 and studied in Cologne with Alwin Bauer. He was a prizewinner at the 1990 Tchaikovsky competition in Moscow. As a soloist and chamber musician he has toured all of Europe, the United States and Japan and has taken part in many radio and television productions.
